How Can You Lodge a Privacy Related Complaint and How Will the Complaint be Handled at our Practice

To make a complaint (APP1) about how we treat your private information, you should contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) on 1300 363 992 or via their web form at http://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/making-a-privacy-complaint.

We encourage positive or negative feedback to improve our service where necessary.

Please feel free to discuss any problems you may have with your Doctor or the Practice Manager. Alternatively, you may want to write to us.
All complaints are taken seriously and you can remain anonymous if you wish.
